refund policy
For a refund/return, please send an email to info@ujamaadeals.com with the reason for the refund/return within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns/exchanges for any reason within 30 days of purchase, but we will only reimburse shipping expenses if it is a mistake on our end. The item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. Ship the item back to the address we provide, and we'll ship an exchange/refund within 3-5 business days.
Shipping
We use USPS or UPS for all shipments using delivery confirmation. Ujamaa Deals is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been delivered successfully according to USPS/UPS delivery confirmation. If you have had issues with USPS in the past or think there is any chance of your package being stolen if you're not there to accept it when delivered, we suggest selecting a service that includes signature confirmation during checkout if that option is available.
